It may happen that you are not satisfied with a product and want to exchange or return it. Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by e-mail at: hello @ vaatamsterdam.com. We will respond within five days at the latest.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to return an item within 14 days without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). Within this period you may view and assess the item, just as you would in a store.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the item is in your possession, or in the case of multiple items in an order, which are delivered separately, the day on which you receive the last item.

You exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us within the specified period. This can be done by completing and sending the model form, or by emailing all information regarding your order and the items to be returned to hello @ vaatamsterdam.com. After receiving this, you will receive a confirmation from us (via e-mail) together with a return form and instructions.

You can only return the item if the item is complete and in its original condition (with tags) and in the packaging. You may unpack and view the item(s) for review purposes only. The item must not be used or damaged unnecessarily. Handle it carefully.

The items you wish to return must be returned within 14 days of your notification. After that, the right of termination expires. Please ensure that the item being returned is properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. If an item is returned damaged or lost, the damage will be settled, up to a maximum of the price paid for the item. Therefore, please keep your shipping receipt until you have been told by us that the refund has been processed.

The amount to be refunded will be refunded no later than 14 days after processing the return. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay us. We do not pay out credits arising from redeeming a voucher. You must pay the costs for return shipping yourself, these will not be reimbursed by us.

NB! Items purchased in the sale will not be reimbursed with a refund to your account, but will be taken back with a credit voucher as payment, which can only be used on the website.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed by customers with a business account (B2B).
